There are two worlds that have shaped the way I think, work, and live, Artificial Intelligence and endurance sport.
At first, they may seem far apart. One belongs to technology, data, algorithms, and innovation. The other belongs to early mornings, long rides, open water swims, running shoes, discipline, fatigue, and the quiet satisfaction of pushing a little further than yesterday.
But to me, they are deeply connected.
• Both AI and triathlon are about continuous improvement.
• Both require curiosity, patience, experimentation, and resilience.
• Both teach you that progress rarely happens in a straight line.
This site is my personal space to explore that connection.
Why “AI in Motion”?
Artificial Intelligence is no longer something distant, abstract, or reserved for research labs. It is moving fast, becoming part of the tools we use, the decisions we make, the products we build, and the way we imagine the future.
But technology, by itself, is not enough.
What truly matters is how AI moves through real life, how it helps people think better, work better, create better, and understand complexity with more clarity. I am interested in AI not only as a technical field, but as a force that can amplify human potential.
The “motion” part is just as important.
Motion is energy. It is change. It is training. It is adapting. It is learning. It is the mindset of someone who believes that staying still is not an option, whether in technology, in sport, or in life.
What I will write about
On this site, I will share thoughts, experiences, and reflections around the topics that interest me most.
• Artificial Intelligence, how it is evolving, how it can be applied in real world contexts, what opportunities it creates, and what questions it raises. I want to look beyond the hype and focus on practical, meaningful, human centered uses of AI.
• Technology and innovation, the tools, ideas, and trends that are changing the way we work and live.
• Triathlon and endurance, training, discipline, preparation, motivation, and the mental side of sport. Endurance teaches lessons that go far beyond racing. It teaches consistency, humility, focus, and the ability to keep going when things get uncomfortable.
In many ways, this site will be about the intersection of these themes:
• AI and human performance
• Technology and discipline
• Data and intuition
• Innovation and resilience
• Thinking and moving forward
A personal journey
I do not see this site as a place for final answers.
I see it as a journey.
A place to collect ideas, connect dots, share what I learn, and reflect on how technology and human effort can work together. Some posts will be technical. Some will be personal. Some will be about AI. Others may come from a bike ride, a race, a book, a conversation, or a simple observation during training.
The common thread will be curiosity.
• Curiosity about the future
• Curiosity about performance
• Curiosity about how people grow, adapt, and improve
Moving forward
AI is changing the world at extraordinary speed. Endurance sport reminds me that meaningful progress still requires time, effort, and commitment.
That balance fascinates me.
• Fast innovation, slow discipline
• Powerful technology, human resilience
• Intelligence, always in motion
Welcome to AI in Motion.
